REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

For any issue regarding an order, we must be contacted within 10 days of the ship date or we may not be able to help resolve the issue.

With two exceptions, items are not returnable due to sizing issues, incorrect product color, or simply disliked for reasons other than damage and significant manufacturing flaws. This is because all products are unique and made-to-order. Exceptions to this rule are when a product is purchased from Redbubble.com and Curioos.com through a specific ExpressivePerspectives.com product link. Following the link will open the product on the relevant partner site where the purchase can be completed. Redbubble and Curioos have their own refund and return policies which will need to be adhered to for products purchased through those websites.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error.
  • Items that have missing original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase are generally non-refundable.
  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Sale items

REFUNDS:
A return request must comply with the conditions stated above before it is sent. When the request is received we will reply with instructions to take to resolve the issue. If resolving the issue includes returning the product to the manufacturer for inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with an explanation of the situation to {orders@expressiveperspectives.com}. We will reply with instructions to follow.

SHIPPING RETURNS:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
